Fête Bretonne chez NUNU

NUNU Arts and Culture Collective welcomes members of the "BREIZH ON THE ROAD...AGAIN" tour for a special May 21 celebration including dinner and Cajun music followed by a final USA performance of the Breizh Amerika Collective.  And, "yes," bring your dancing shoes for we shall dance into the night.


The evening begins at 5 p.m. with the welcoming of BREIZH AMERIKA Collective members. Expect to enjoy delectable appetizers, palate pleasing wine and Cajun music with Byron Boudreaux, Joel Breaux and Willert Menard.  A three-course meal featuring a special  "galette," (a thin pancake) filled with savory garlic-stuffed pork roast and topped with apple chutney. Accompanying are smothered cabbage and rice dressing. The meal is finished off with a banana custard bread pudding and coffee.

The concert featuring BREIZH AMERIKA musicians begins at 7:30 p.m., in La Pataterie.

Seating is limited. Tickets for dinner and/or concert should be purchased no less than 48 hours in advance either online or at the NUNU collective. Cost for dinner and concert is $25. Cost for concert-only is $5. And can be purchased as well online or at the collective. Children 15 years and younger attending the concert and accompanied by an adult are admitted free.


BREIZH AMERIKA seeks to create, facilitate, promote, and sponsor wide-ranging innovative and collaborative cultural and economic projects that strengthen and foster relations and cooperation between the United States and Brittany, France. "Through the development and sponsorship of ambitious artistic projects, we hope to increase awareness of Breton culture, language and film to American audiences.
